Send an email to [email protected] from the address you used to buy, or include your order number. We reply within 3 business days.
The refund goes back to the payment method you used, through our payment partner Creem. Your bank may need a few business days to show it.
The book is a PDF you download. Nothing is shipped. If you expected a printed book, just tell us and we will refund you.
