This policy explains what personal information we receive when you visit this site or buy from Garage Talk Books, and what we do with it.
Payment is handled by Creem, our merchant of record. Creem collects your name, email address, billing country and payment details to process the order. Your card details go to Creem and its payment processors, never to us. We receive your name, email address and order details so we can deliver the product, answer your questions and handle refunds. Creem's own privacy policy applies to the data it processes.
We keep your email and our reply so we can help you with your order.
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It stores two small values in your own browser (the offer timer and whether you have seen our offer window); they never leave your device. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process technical data such as your IP address to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except as needed to process your order (Creem) or when the law requires it.
Order records are kept as long as needed for support, refunds, tax and legal duties.
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email us from the address you used to buy.
